If you have heard of or eaten our famous BBQ Chicken, Carolina Apple is the rub that we use along with a mop of our Legacy Blues BBQ Sauce. Carolina makes a great all round rub with no heat. It is also excellent on popcorn eggs and whatever else you want the sweet flavour of apple from your barbeque grill. I blend Carolina Apple with Memphis Mud in many of my pork dishes.
